The breakfast options were diverse and satisfying.

I can't believe how poorly maintained the rooms were. My stay was utterly disrupted by constant noise from the street. It felt impossible to relax. To top it off, the staff applied a questionable exchange rate that left me feeling cheated. Completely disappointing service and amenities.

Helpful staff, excellent room and welcoming hotel.

We got a fine double room. The staff were attentive and excellent and gave us good recommendations. The accommodation had a very central location in the city centre.

Very very noisy till 12mid-night, and started morning 5am. Mineral water charged. no coffee or tea in room. Booked 2 night through Booked.net, first night i was picked pocket in the weekend market, i was scared and wanted to check out one night early. But they demanded a 30% charged on me. I don't feel good on this kind of 'don't care' business T & C between hotel and Booked.net. Not worth for any price even upgraded our room to deluxe--- so so noisy

This place was fantastic for our trip to explore the attractions nearby. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and the Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre. The spacious room we stayed in had some nice amenities like a great electric kettle. We also appreciated how accommodating the staff were, they really went out of their way to help us. It was a very pleasant experience.

The hotel location is very covinience for city trip in Hanoi. The staffs are very helpful and friendly to do ask I asked. Gia Thinh Hotel is clean as well.

This location was best possible and prime, near to The Lake, The Water Puppets Theatre, the Cathedral, and everything, train street, food market, main square/night market/lake. We visited Green Tangerine, based around 4-6 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The hotel location is perfect, just a short walk to attractions. Rooms could use more attention to noise levels.

Staying at the Golden Lotus Hotel & Spa seemed like a real treat. The location couldn't be better. Right in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, everything you want to see is just a short walk away. Kent, the host, really stood out for his really good service. He was quick to help us book an airport taxi, and he shared valuable tips on where to go in Hanoi. The room was clean and spacious, just what we needed after a long day of exploring. I appreciated the little extras, like the available free toiletries and the comfort of having a sitting area. Breakfast was a highlight with its mix of Vietnamese and Western options. The hotel showed some signs of wear. The bathroom could use a bit of attention, particularly regarding some water damage. While the overall atmosphere was peaceful, it did get a bit noisy at times. I think with some updates, this place could easily be perfect.

Location is fabulous, just a short walk from many attractions and restaurants. The family suite was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our needs.

The room was always clean, and the atmosphere was good for unwinding after days filled with adventure. The location was perfect, great to walk to various attractions and enjoy street music on our way back!
